To enter and exit the premises, you must enter your security code on the security keypad. You must exit the facility before the end of gate hours. Gate hours are 6 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week. Hours are subject to change with notice posted at the office and gate.
We understand that estimating the amount of space your valuables will take up is difficult, so in this instance you can simply rebook and move to the correct unit or space size. Or, if the right size isn't available, you can take an additional unit or space.
We have taken every step to ensure the security and safety of items stored at our facility. Our security system is state-of-the-art, with coded entry into every unit, security cameras, and a fenced compound that allows access to only those who are currently renting a unit from us.
We make every effort to ensure this doesn't happen, but if it does you will need to contact your insurance company to make a claim.
Yes. We make every effort to ensure nothing happens to your belongings, but in the event that something does, you will want to have some kind of insurance coverage.
You will need a driver's license or state ID. If you are in the military, bring your military ID. Also, the 1st month's rent plus a $10 administration fee.
There is no deposit required on storage units, but a small administrative fee of $10 is required.
